What we collect
When you send an inquiry through the form on this site, we receive:
- whether you’re getting in touch as a business or an individual
- your name and email address
- your company name, if you choose to give it
- your message
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your email.
How the inquiry form works
The form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service. Formspree receives what you submit and delivers it to our inbox at [email protected]. A copy may also be kept in our Formspree account. Formspree handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t build profiles of visitors. Our host’s cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics may count visits in aggregate, such as page views and referring sites, without identifying you.
How we use your information
We use it to read and reply to your inquiry, arrange a consultation, and keep a record of our conversation. We won’t add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, work with you, and keep sensible business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We’ll delete your inquiry from our inbox and from Formspree, and let you know when it’s done.
